Period: This visa is valid for 10 years.
Work Visa
Please download and complete the attached form as far as possible and email it back to us (info@visaexpert.co.za) with the following:
- Copy of Passport
- Copy of previous USA Visas (If any)
- Selfie (Visa Photo)
- Copy of Form I-797*
*Individuals may only apply for a temporary worker visa after U.S. employers have submitted an I-129 petition and USCIS has approved it. USCIS will then issue a Form I-797 which shows a confirmation receipt number.
Cost: R7000 per person (Price may change without notice)
Period: This visa is valid for 2 years.
Standard Visitor Visa
Please download and complete the attached form as far as possible and email it back to us (info@visaexpert.co.za) with the following:
- Copy of passport
- Copy of any previous visas (including UK)
- Proof of funds
- Proof of employment (business travellers)
- Invite letter from UK business (business travellers)
Additional documents may be requested.
Cost per person, including our service fee (per person):
- 6-Month Visa – R6 500
- 2 Year Visa – R16 000
- 5 Year Visa – R25 000
- 10 Year Visa – R30 000
- Transit – R5 500
Rush fee an additional R14 000 (Reduces to 7 working days)
Type C Short-Stay
If you have held a previous Schengen visa within the last 3 years, we may be able to apply on your behalf. This is only available for certain countries, we will advise you based on your destination. Please download and complete the attached Schengen application form as far as possible and email it back to us (info@visaexpert.co.za) with the following to start the process (per applicant):
1. All required documents listed on the checklist (only those applicable to you).
Additional documents may be requested.
Cost: up to R5000 per person.
Note: In the busy season, the processing time may increase.
Visitor Visa (Subclass 600)
Please download and complete the attached forms as far as possible and email it back to us (info@visaexpert.co.za) with the following documents (per applicant):
- Copy of valid passport.
- Copy of any valid visas (if applicable).
- Copy of any previous visas, including Australia (if applicable).
- Copy of RSA ID.
- Visa photo – you can take a selfie on your phone.
- Proof of funds.
- Employment letter (not required if you are retired).
- Invitation letters:
- Business travellers – a letter from the company in Australia.
- Tourism travellers – a hotel booking.
- Family/ friends visit – a signed invitation letter from the host in Australia, with a copy of their passport & utility bill.
- Flights.
Additional documents may be requested. We will advise you accordingly.
Visitor Visa
Please download and complete the attached form as far as possible and email it back to us (info@visaexpert.co.za) with the following (NO PDF signatures will be allowed). Your application will be submitted by one of our visa agents, so you do not need to appear in person for biometrics to be taken for this process.
We will need to collect the following original documents (per applicant):
- Completed and signed application form, declaration form, and authorization form.
- Must be signed with a black pen (NO digital/ PDF signatures).
- Original passport.
- Copy of any previous visas (including Australia).
- 2x colour visa photos.
- 3-month bank statements in English showing sufficient funds.
- Employment letter or School/ university letter.
- Hotel booking, or a signed invitation letter from the host in New Zealand, with a copy of their passport & utility bill.
- Flight itinerary (do not purchase flights yet).
Cost: R8000 per person
Temporary Resident Visa
Please download and complete the attached form as far as possible and email it back to us (info@visaexpert.co.za) with the following:
- Completed and signed forms (attached).
- Copy of a valid passport.
- Copy of any valid or previous visas, including Canada (shows travel history – if applicable).
- Copy of USA visa (if applicable).
- Visa photo (a clear selfie on a blank background is acceptable).
- Proof of employment.
- Dummy Flights (reflecting the traveller’s name & surname) – do not purchase flights
- Dummy Accommodation (reflecting the traveller’s name & surname) – You can use Booking.com, which has a free cancellation option.
- Most recent 3-month stamped bank statements in English, showing sufficient funds.
Additional documents for Business Travellers:
- Signed invitation letter from the company in Canada.
Additional documents for Family/ Friend Visit:
- Signed letter of invitation – if you will be staying with the host, this must be clearly stated.
- Copy of the host’s passport or residency card (front & back).
- Copy of their utility bill.
Additional documents may be requested.
Cost: R5000 per person.
Kindly note that Canada has lengthy processing times, and we are unable to provide an exact date for visa issuance. We strongly advise applying well in advance for your travel to Canada.
